Blogs Are Stupid

Doesn't anyone believe in Dear Diary anymore? What happened to the joy of putting actual pen to paper? And why does every ordinary Jane and John think they can write well enough to burden the world with their scribblings? It’s a mystery that badly needs solving. My first entry contains my thoughts about blogging and will set your expectations. The rest will probably be stream of consciousness garbage, much like you’ll find on any other blog. Perhaps we will both come away enlightened.

Eye Candy

The music? Meh. A little cornball. And I like his regular voice much better than the goofy deep throated immortal demon sex God thing he's doing here.

I needed something to take my mind off my troubles.

This? Will do nicely.

P.S. I realize that I am entirely too old to be doing the giggly, blushing fangirl thing. It's really not like me. I blame it on the stress. Yeah. Is there anything more pathetic than a cougar with a crush? Eh well. It is what it is.

    I guess beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. He has nice eyes, but other than that........ ick.

    But the girlie crush you describe from a thiry-something housewife?? I so get that!! I think there are subtle, indescribable sexy "ways" about certain people that flip switches deep within others. Peter Steele doesn't do it for me, but there have been a few who have - and others couldn't see what I could see/feel. So I get it, just not from him.

    Some like Snickers.... others like Milky Way. Enjoy your eye candy!!

    I found your blog through AllThingsBD. My girlfriends and I ask a semi-annual question of each other, "Who is your inappropriate crush?". Right now, mine is James McAvoy. I think our bodies are telling us that we are in our 30's, but our minds haven't accepted reality yet. Just like accepting the fact that I will never get carded again... (sigh) I'm still having a hard time with that one.

    Inappropriate crush, yup - with you on that one. True Blood has just started season 1 down here, and while I'm enjoying it, the lead vamp just doesn't do it for me cos David Boreanz just can't be beat.
